Job Description

Responsibilties : 

  • Own definition and implementation of product strategy through roadmap design and project execution with multi-functional teams.
  • Define requirements, write user stories, solve problems, make decisions during development, and lead ongoing improvements.
  • Review existing prototypes and plan future portfolio
  • Manage operational relationship with product suppliers.
  • Work with Marketing and Business Development teams to create collateral to promote product and maintain sales pipeline.
  • Interact with 3rd party product, business and technology counterparts; develop productive relationships to facilitate delivery from start to finish.
  • Own the Customer Experience for product and continuously improve this through enhancing functionality and UX on products.
  • Support build and expansion of product to new markets.
  • Oversee the development stages of the product with technical tribes and chapter leads.
  • Review KPI’s with management and clients and lay out the vision for product improvements.
  • Gather and analyze competitor products and work with the Product Director to enhance product strategy based on research.
  • Keep up-to-date with latest tech trends and remain at the forefront of an ever-advancing digital domain.
  • Conducts regular interviews with stakeholders to understand what works and what can be improved within product.
  • Foster agility by onboarding new squad members and educating them on product vision/roadmap.

Skills and experience required:

The successful candidate will have an exceptional track record of working within businesses to manage product development across multiple industries and functions. They will have a passion for data and analytics, creating data based solution and driving a culture of data driven decision within a large organization.
Candidates are expected to be enthusiastic and have excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communications skills, with intuitive storytelling ability.
